I am a coffee addict, no doubt about it, especially when I am having a rough day,
I just want a huge sugary soy latte to soothe away the crap, emphasis on the sugary!!!
BUT I know my body doesn't like it & I've really been making more of an effort to listen to my body.
So I've been slowly replacing my big caffeinated coffees with this acorn/fig substitute from Bambu,
with lots less sugar....not every day is a success, I admit that! But it's a work in progress.
Have any of you tried it?
